Your Role to Improve your Gum Health

Visit your dental professional regularly (once each 6 months).

Use proper toothbrushing techniques (see video).

Brush your teeth twice a day (ideally 3 times !!!) for at least one minute each time using a soft toothbrush.

Clean between your teeth daily using interdental brushes.

Avoid smoking and control diabetes if you have it.

Eat a healthy diet, stay active and drink alcohol responsibly.

Look after your health by working with your doctor and dentist.
